These Terms govern your use of Axel Networks services and website. By accessing our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Axel Networks LLC provides enterprise internet connectivity, network security, and related managed services as described in individual Service Orders. The terms in each Service Order, together with these Terms of Service and any applicable Service Level Agreement, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.
You agree to use Axel Networks services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, and the use by anyone accessing services through your account, complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension after notice. Early termination fees apply as specified in your Service Order.
Axel Networks liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Service credits as described in the applicable SLA are your exclusive remedy for service outages or failures to meet SLA commitments.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Axel Networks website and in our service platforms remain the property of Axel Networks LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice provisions in the applicable Service Order. Axel Networks may suspend or terminate services immediately for material breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte Amalie, USVI, except where prohibited by law.
