Axel Networks services are intended for lawful business use. You may use our services for any legitimate commercial, educational, or organizational purpose that complies with applicable law and these policies.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Axel Networks services are strictly prohibited:

• Transmitting, distributing, or storing material that is unlawful, including material that infringes intellectual property rights
• Sending unsolicited bulk email or operating spam services
• Conducting or facilitating network attacks, including port scanning, packet spoofing, or denial of service attacks
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
• Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material
• Operating services that facilitate illegal activity
• Reselling Axel Networks services without written authorization

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of systems connected to our network, including patching, firewall configuration, and access controls. You must promptly address any security incidents affecting your connected systems that may impact other customers or our network.

Enforcement

Axel Networks reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. We may immediately suspend services for violations that pose a risk to other customers or our network. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by applicable law.

Reporting Abuse

To report abuse originating from Axel Networks IP space, contact abuse@axel-networks.com. We investigate all reports and respond within one business day.
