Axel Networks offers a range of symmetrical fiber optic plans, meaning your upload and download speeds are the same. Our plans start from 300 Mbps and go up to 2 Gbps for residential customers, with even higher speeds available for businesses. Actual speeds may vary based on your plan, device capabilities, and home network setup.
No! All Axel Networks internet plans come with unlimited data. Stream, game, work, and browse as much as you want without worrying about overage fees or throttled speeds.

If you're experiencing issues, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your modem and router: Unplug both devices, wait 30 seconds, then plug in the modem first. Wait for it to fully connect (usually 1-2 minutes), then plug in your router.
- Check your cables: Ensure all Ethernet and power cables are securely connected.
- Test a wired connection: If you're on Wi-Fi, try connecting a computer directly to your router with an Ethernet cable to see if the issue is with your wireless network.
- Visit our Network Status page: Check if there are any known outages or maintenance in your area.
- Run a Speed Test: This can help identify if the issue is with your overall speed or a specific application.
If problems persist, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
